Hi! I have found out who the fellow is. He is Prince Henry of Wales, affectionately known as "Prince Harry". A quick check on the date of birth at the WikiPedia confirmed his date of birth.
Here are some additional information about Prince Harry:

According to Wikipedia, Harry has a reputation in his youth of being rebellious which lead the tabloid to label him as a "wildchild". He was also found smoking marijuana and drinks. When we read Bazi, we see the whole picture. In this case there is Jia available for the Geng to chop while the Gui in the Zi growth the wood again. This make a continuous cycle in the Bazi, hence, good.
Hi Josephine,i enjoy reading all your bazi charts. I have a theory. Since fire is the elment representing Prince harrys father,it is absent in his chart. I have heard it said that Prince Charles is not the father of prince Harry. Could missing father element mean hidden father,that is another man..such as Hewitt,one of dianas boyfriends.
