Planning To Relocate, Moving To A New Home Or Selling A Property?

Planning to relocate, moving to a new home or selling a property? There are many ways that these circumstances can manifest into your Bazi Chart. I have compiled some of my friends' Bazi Charts who had been in similar circumstances. The following are their Bazi Charts. They would like to remain anonymous so I shall not mention any names. I am very thankful to them for being my guinea pigs.

Relocation

A colleague of mine had moved from Johor Baru town to Kuala Lumpur at a very young age. Her whole family had shifted to Kuala Lumpur as her father was transferred to work at a government department in Kuala Lumpur. Her Bazi Chart shows that there is a clash at the Luck Pillar of 6. The Chen clashed into the Xu at her Year Pillar in her natal chart. You can relate the earth clash to her relocation from Johor Baru town to another city, Kuala Lumpur. The Jia Wood appears on the Stem on the Luck Pillar which represents Direct Resource Star to her, indicating that she needs to make some adjustments to her comfort zone and in this case is her new living environment. The Luck Pillar of 6, Jia Chen, was a Fu Yin to the Hour Pillar in the natal chart. It was a sign of feeling of loss because moving to a new and alien environment to child. Some of my friends have different interpretation of Fu Yin. See what they say below:

1. She transformed into her true self when she moved to KL… an alien…

2. This alien lost her mind after moved to a new place, KL.

3. Suggested her nickname "Ally" and this how she look.

The Chen~Xu clashed on the Year Branch indicating that the move will be for long term.

Another case which can be considered a relocation of some sort is that this person works in another state from his home. Technically, he has not moved out from his home in Malacca but he is renting a place in Kuala Lumpur, where he works. He usually goes home during the weekends or holidays.

While an earth clash i.e. Chen Dragon x Xu Dog and Chou Ox x Wei Goat is easier to relate to movement away from home or relocation, other branches can also show the same scenario.

The above Bazi Chart at the Luck Pillar of 22, Gui You, the You Rooster represents the Influence Star or to be more specific the 7 Killings Star, combines with the Si Snake on the Hour Branch in the natal Chart. (Si~You is a half combination of the Three Harmony Combination of Metal) The Si Snake contains one of the Output Stars which is the Hurting Officer Star. With this information we can deduce that the Si~You combination is work related and there will be a contract involved that requires him to travel since the Si Snake is a Travel Star. He was offered a job in the city in 2005, Yi You.

We can use the Yi You Annual Pillar as an additional piece of information to further clarify the scenario. The Yi Wood on the Annual Pillar was an image of himself (Day Master = Yi Wood). It is no longer rooted in the Wei Goat but instead sitting on You Rooster which is the 7 Killings Star. The You Rooster also combines with the Si Snake in his natal chart again giving the same scenario of the 22 Luck Pillar. Hence, at this point we know that he was going to accept the job offer and will move to the city to work.

The Si Snake on the Hour Branch also indicates travel from time to time on a short-term basis.

A New Home

Analyzing Bazi Chart of people who have moved to a new home, I think is tricky. Nowadays people have moved to many different houses in their lifetime. It maybe too insignificant to be noted in the natal chart, unless there are some problems or issues involved. It may be the same when it comes selling a property. Below are two examples, one has already moved in while another is planning to move-in later this year.

A friend of mine who would like to be referred as Ms G had just moved to a new home on 18 July 2009. The Ji Mao is a Fu Yin and it always relates to sad events and losses. A quick check with her confirmed my analysis but this had nothing to do with her moving to a new home. She has been renting a place for quite sometime and also had moved several times. The Ji Chou in 2009 shows an imagery of herself. She is now firmly rooted on Chou instead of rooted on the Wu Horse in her natal chart. This is an indication that she has found a home of her own.

Ms G would like to look like this on my post here. Guess who she is?

Above is also another friend's natal chart. She is planning to move to a new home this year most probably in May 2010. There is no indication of any moving of home in this chart but the Wei Goat on the Luck Pillar Branch combines with the Wu Horse on the Hour Branch in the natal chart to form wealth. This is an indication that a purchase of property will most likely be profitable. If she does not sell off this new property of hers, I believe this house does have a good feng shui in terms of wealth and honourable name.

In Between

Ms O is a friend who actually stayed with her family but the funny thing is that she needs to stay at her uncle place every weekend due to safety reasons. Her father and other family members are usually away during the weekends. Hence, she will be alone and so she usually stays with her uncle during weekends.

I think this is mainly due to the Travelling Star, Shen Monkey, than any other element in the natal chart. She is also going through Luck Pillar of 26, Wu Yin, hence the result is moving to and fro between her parent's house and her uncle's house. This arrangement may be over when she departs from the Luck Pillar of 26.

By the way Ms O look like this. Please do not hate me. It is a general request from Ms G to add some picture to my post.

Sale of Property

These two Bazi Charts belong to two sisters who had sold their property in 2009, Ji Chou. You will notice that on Sister Wen's natal chart, there is a destruction relationship between Chen Dragon on the Month Branch and Chou Ox on the Annual Branch. Yes, the sale of property actually was problematic as the deal dragged on from the usual 3 months processing of documentation to 6 months. However, you will also notice that the Zi Rat on the Year Branch of the natal chart combined with the Chou Ox on the Annual Branch forms the earth element. There was a verbal agreement between her and the buyer to pay rental since the buyer has already moved into the property even though the transfer of title and documentations has not been ready yet.

However, no rental payment was made. Maybe it is because the combination did not form any wealth element.

Her younger sister also sold her property on the same period without any trouble. This was attributed to the clash of the Chou Ox on the Annual Branch with the Wei Goat on the Hour Branch in the natal chart. However, there was also a destruction relationship between the Chou Ox and the Chen Dragon on the Day Branch in the natal chart. It is learned that some of her other properties were making losses at that point of time.

Migration

This guy is planning to migrate to Australia to seek a less stressful life. You know find a job that is less stressful and settle down. He has two Travelling Stars. One combines with his Day Master's leg on the Home Palace while another reside on the Year Branch. The Shen Monkey, Travelling Star, can be a long term or permanent move. The year 2010 is also another Travelling Star that affect the Hai Pig and Shen Monkey. So a high possibility that his migration to Australia will bear fruit.

This article is a special request from Preethi Kini, India.

My daughter has Mao/Hai/Shen in the day/month/year pillars. Does this mean that migrating to australia will be fruitful for her?

It is only an indication that your daughter will travel a lot due to work or even migrate. Whether the end result is fruitful to her or not, apart from reading her overall chart together with her luck cycle, her action also play an important role.
