Bazi analysis is a systematic method of analyzing and predicting many things in life. A very good question. Why the stock market indeed? Generally, metal element relates to the banking and finance industry which includes the stock market as well. Simply put it metal is one of the favourable element.

there are actually too many ways to read a chart, or decide a career via a bazi.
For example in this case, you say ding fire at night shining brightly in the darkeness, which is not the case at this chart. Season of Snake and hour of Jia Chen shows the period of the arising sun. When sun arise, candle light will diminish. Yang born Ying will dead. Have to check the qi state of the Yang fire via the hour pillar instead before deciding the qualities of the Ding fire if the self.
besides, this is a strong day master, and is undergoing unfavorable luck now. Luck on 36 onwards will be more favorable.
Some people determined the suitable career via the favorable element, some determined based on the 10 gods, so many ways and classic does not state any of these, maybe it is the modern people derived these method from the Yi Jing

Yes, do agree with you that there are so many ways to read chart for career purpose and other matter as well. There are many bazi consultants, sifus and masters out there using different methods to this type of analysis. I believe each method has its credential and there is no right or wrong to it. It depends on how comfortable and skillful of the person in using each method to do the analysis.
You have a wonderful analysis there but may I know what she can do about the rising sun. So she is undergoing an unfavourable luck at the moment, what she can do about it? And going into 36 years old onwards is favourable. So how does this favourble luck cycle going to help her achieve her goal?
You and I may understand all the terms you have mentioned and see the limitation of this chart but to a lay person it means very little. Are we going to let this limitation that we see to stop us from encouraging a person to strive ahead or to improve herself? To me what is important is that what she can do inspite of this limitation and the unfavourable condition.
