I have heard of Adam Khoo many years ago and always wanted to go for his investor course but did not really make an effort for it. His is a well-known speaker, coaches and author in Malaysia and Singapore. The opportunity kind of like dropped on my lap when I attended the Wealth Profile Seminar on the 10 July 2010 but I was still undecided on whether to go to Design Your Destiny or Wealth Academy Investor as both of courses are having it on the same weekend. Since you are seeing this post, I think you know which one I am giving it a miss.
So out of curiosity here I am, peeping into a self-made millionaire’s BaZi who is happily married with two kids. Adam is successful in business as well as in personal and family relationship, which I felt that what success should be. It is not just monetary but personal and family happiness too.
He is born on 8 April 1974 according to the Wikipedia. Time of birth is unknown. You can actually see his BaZi Chart is predominantly with the wood and earth element with very little of water, which represents the Wealth Star. His chart has the full spring of Yin Tiger, Chen Dragon and Mao Rabbit albeit not in the exact of order of the spring season as well as the harm relationship between Mao and Chen but still it shows smooth flow of wood Qi on the branches.
In this post, I am not going to chart the event of his life that took place or going to take place which reflect in his BaZi. It is more about what a person can do or what action the person can take in life base on their BaZi chart.
Usually with a smoother Qi flow on a BaZi chart shows the person has less inner conflict in emotion, in thoughts and in life. The person is focus, clear headed and not easily distracted on what he or she has plan out to do and actively taking action to achieve it no matter what comes their way. Any obstacles, problems or challenges are just another issue to be solved and moved ahead. This very much reflects on Adam’s BaZi Chart.
The wood and earth elements represent the Influence and Companion Stars respectively in Adam’s Bazi chart. With the Rob Wealth Star penetrate from the Earthly Branches to the Heavenly Stem on the Month Pillar, you will know that he inspires others. Being a Rob Wealth Structures personality together with the Direct Officer as well as the Seven Killing Stars also indicates that he has the leadership capability to run a business. The Influence Star which is usually good at being a supportive role to the head of many big organizations, in Adam case, he has chosen not just to back one person but support many others that come to his motivational schools and training centre.
While you might want to say that he has a good Bazi with the help of his father, but this is not true. No one is going to achieve anything without at least contributing something to others whether in term of information, services or in a material form. Every Ten Stars or Gods in your chart has it positive and negative natures. For someone or some Bazi Chart, they have it easier to operate in the positive natures of the Stars while other not. It is also very possible for each person to consciously choose to exert the Stars’ positive qualities in their character and in their life. By doing so they are actually paving the way for a more satisfying, happy and successful life.

Alot of masters did mentioned that monetary supremacy isn't 100% shown in bazi...sometimes its karma as well which is subjective.
Many people would use the wealth element as the benchmark of wealth. But this is not really accurate. For a Ji Earth Day Master, you do not like to see too much wealth element which is the water. Too much water means contamination like a pile of mud. It makes the Ji Earth person sickly. Hence, for his case a little water hidden is just nice in the spring where the earth is already loosen.
And I also believe a person action also plays a major for creating his or her success. I don't attribute my success or the lack of it on karma but more to my own action or inaction.

Yes, good influence from family at a very young age is important. Most of the time it already help to shape partially a person success in life.
But some also do badly even though they come from good family background.
When most people says "Karma" usually it refers to past life actions give the current life result. I do not really know if there is a rebirth. My believe is that one right action/inaction now will have effect/result maybe 3, 5 or 10 years to come.
Good thing he has the Directional Wood combo. Otherwise, the harm would take more prominent effect.
The Directional Combination solidified by the Yang Wood in the Year stem reflects the protection by the previous generation. The Yang Earth is the problem in his birth chart. Put Yin Water into this system and he will fly. Yin Water combines away the competitor in his system. 'karma' may or may not have anything to do with his success.
This birth chart surrenders to the Wood. In Chinese, Adam is "假從殺". It's called Fake follow to the killings.

Differ opinion: Fake or not, Follow the Leader (7Killings) should be a very weak DM. Even though with a Directional Combination, Adam's DM is not weak at all.
Confirmation: In his life or career, he did not bow to anyone or work under someone [boss/superior]. Hence, the Follow the Leader Structure is not applicable. In fact, Adam is very much a Leader himself with a team of work force and students/trainees under his flagship Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group. Rob Wealth Structure is more likely.
How to differentiate between a chart of a person who is wealthy or just merely surrrounded by money e.g. working in a bank as a teller? TQ

thanks for sharing AK's chart. If indeed this bazi is accurate, then this is very clearly a millionaire chart.
Interesting to note that his wife has a louder say at home. But he is clearly a very shrewd bizman - from his bazi - with alot of connection with people with high authority.
